Received excellent assistance over the phone. Delivery was well organized. Improvement points: The manual for laying EPDM is insufficient if you are doing this as an amateur for the first time. I do have some tips as an amateur.

EPDM XL is ready for its customers and provides very good service. I had issues with the delivery via DHL. After calling Frank from EPDM XL, my complaint was taken seriously, and Frank helped us excellently. Class!!

Good and fast delivery. Improvement points: You receive a pressure roller as long as stock lasts, and the delivery is quick, so I found it unfortunate that this was not included. Was this just a coincidence, or is this not typically provided?
