I was initially a bit skeptical, but everything went perfectly.

Fast delivery, adjusting the order at the last moment via a phone call went excellently. I received a phone message that the order was shipped at the right time, all very pleasant/good service. Improvement points: connectors for the roof trims were missing.

Fast order processing. Delivered what was requested. Improvement points: Consider using a different carrier (in my case, it concerns DHL). They attempted delivery twice, but no one was seen even though we were 100% at home. There was no note/card left in the mailbox indicating that they had been there. We had to read on Track-Trace that they had supposedly been by. We were spoken to kindly over the phone, but they could not resolve the issue. I was told I would have to ask the supplier to attempt delivery again. I did not choose this option out of fear that they would again go on autopilot to the same address where they had already been twice (which is not mine), assuming they actually rang the bell somewhere. I have now picked up the package myself at the DHL Depot (136 km and 2 hours off work), but I have my items, which I am satisfied with.
