Pros: Fast order processing. Delivered what was requested. Areas for improvement: Consider using a different carrier (in my case, it concerns DHL). They attempted delivery twice, but no one was seen, even though we were 100% at home. There was no note/card left in the mailbox indicating they had been there. We had to read on Track & Trace that they had supposedly come by. We were spoken to kindly over the phone, but they could not resolve the issue. I would have to ask the supplier to attempt delivery again. I was hesitant to do this for fear that they would again go on autopilot to the same address where they had already been twice (which is not mine), assuming they actually rang the bell somewhere. I have now picked up the package myself at the DHL Depot (136 km and 2 hours off work), but I have my items, which I am satisfied with.
