Due to a measuring error, we ordered exactly one piece of EPDM that was 1 meter too short. After I sent an email, I received a call saying that I could return the package and, after paying for that extra meter, I would receive a new piece. What great service! Where else do you find online shops actively helping to resolve your mistakes? The package was also neatly packaged with a printed manual, very high-quality material, and arrived within a few days.
