Delivered what I requested. And in case of carelessness from the company, a nice gesture in the form of a product (a bottle of wine)! Improvement points: More attention to the wishes of the customer mentioned in the comments box (e.g., preferred delivery date).

Pros: Order delivered correctly, however without instructions for processing and cleaning of the used equipment. Areas for improvement: communication, I called twice but despite promises, I was not called back.

Pros: Good handling via the internet. Correctly treated over the phone. Improvements: Too many seams in the EPDM, namely 4 pieces in a piece of 2x3 and 2.5x6 M1. I did not expect that. The finishing of the seam is also minimal.
