Very friendly and helpful in the communication prior to the order. Fast delivery as the item was in stock. The home delivery was a bit clumsy, as it was a heavy cabinet that the driver couldn't handle alone. My husband, who happened to be home, had to help. A sturdy ramp to bridge thresholds should be standard in the delivery van. That would have made a big difference.

Responds quickly to questions. The only downside is that you don't see a delivery time and also don't receive any notification about the delivery time of your order. You have to ask yourself because you don't hear anything afterwards.

After ordering 6 chairs, we were called the very next day to inform us that 2 were available immediately and the remaining 4 would arrive in 2 weeks. We had the option to have the order partially delivered, so we chose to do that. Curious about the chairs, we were pleasantly surprised when the remaining 4 chairs arrived at our home just a week later. What an incredibly good service that you don't see very often anymore. Only compliments!
