Our offer still stands: if you are certain that the chair is not in order, let us know, and we will send you a return label within an hour so you can send the chair back. PS: In our 12 years of existence, there has never been a single customer to whom we had to send an invoice afterward because a complaint was unjustified. On one hand, this is because there are exceptionally few complaints about these chairs, and on the other hand, because customers usually cooperate with a few very simple checks to prevent unnecessary costs.
