PS: In our 12 years of existence, there has never been a single customer to whom we had to send an invoice afterward because a complaint was unjustified. On one hand, this is because there are exceptionally few complaints about these chairs, and on the other hand, because customers usually cooperate with a few very simple checks to prevent unnecessary costs.
