Hmmm! Filling in a review in Dutch? I bought a beautiful Laban Cambridge pen on sale. A pen I have been discussing with the seller, off and on, for years. She is very courteous and helpful. Shipping was a little slow due to corona but tolerable under the circumstances. Packaging was great. My only complaint is that from the moment you place your order, everything sent to you is in Dutch. I know a little bit of German, so I can sort of guess some, but English would have been nice so I could understand what was happening. When writing to inquire about what the Dutch emails say, the owner responds promptly, so customer service is good! The pen is gorgeously beautiful, feels very luxurious, is heavy, and writes well. I have marked the assortment with three stars in this review because it is a little disappointing that so few pens have the option for an Extra Fine nib. The owner does offer to make a special order for you, but then you miss the sale price, of course. And like most customers, when ordering, it is not fun to wait until the next order is placed by the shop. You want your desired item almost yesterday. All in all, though, I highly recommend this shop. It is nice to shop from the EU and from a small female-owned business.

This is the kind of shop that pays attention to the consumer. Products can be ordered and delivered quickly. (The only point of criticism, but this is more my complaint, is the absence of a physical store!)
