Great service! I ordered the Fountain pen in Blue (Magna Carta Elements "Water") but wrote a comment to a video by Petra from Scrittura Elegante on Youtube, saying that I had ordered it in blue but would have preferrred it in the "Earth" colour, had this one been available with a Fine nib. They were so kind as to offer to swap nibs and send me the fountain pen in the colour I actually prefered. That was beyond expectations! I am very happy with my purchase. The pen was ordered on the 18th. Shipped in the early morning of the very next day. It was delivered to me in Spain, on the 27th. Could have been on the 26th, but the address on the parcel was not complete. The floor and appartment number were not included, so the postman had to come back when the Concierge of the building was at the entrance and could help finding my appartment. So I got the parcel one day later. No big deal.

Everything from ordening to delivering went went very well!
