Contact is good; I was called with questions regarding the orders. I received good advice and we came to a satisfactory solution. Nothing but praise for this, as they took care to ensure the correct order so that I didn't have to exchange anything. They work with PostNL for the packages. I prefer having options rather than being tied to another carrier. Nothing against DHL, but my preference goes to PostNL.
