It is my second or third order from Scrittura Elegante. They have some nice fountain pens, some lesser known ones and also interesting inks. Their customer service is outstanding. On my previous order they swapped a nib, so I could get the pen I wished with and EF nib, which was sold out. All the exchanges over mail and whatsapp, twitter or Instagram were very pleasant.
