Some time ago, I ordered a figurine from Niloc Pagen and was very satisfied with the process. It was quick, and I was kept well informed. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra gift, a Niloc Magnet. When I later ordered another figurine as a gift, I noticed that with every order from Niloc Pagen, you receive a Niloc Magnet as a gift. It was, of course, disappointing that when the gift was unwrapped, it was not included. Fortunately, only I knew it should have been there. I could certainly call about this, but I believe that if you say you are providing something, I shouldn't have to follow up on it as a customer.

Fast shipping, very well and neatly packaged. The figurine I purchased matches exactly what is shown on the site. Nice! In short, a very satisfied customer :-)

My gift, the tree of life elephant, is absolutely wonderful. I was asked afterward if I would like it wrapped in gift paper. It came in a beautiful box with two delicious chocolates, but I think I just missed the gift wrapping, or I misunderstood. Once again, the gift completely meets my expectations. It is truly beautiful.
