    Excellent staff check that my parcels AND PACKAGING have NO HAIR STRANDS OR ANY DIRT BEFORE SHIPPING. This must be maintained. Parcels arrive very clean.

    You are misrepresenting your service by lying to customers that you send items with DHL and using cheaper (and slower DPD) service instead. Therefore I shall return all items and cancel all of my orders and demand full refund. I also wrtote to Eichholtz and told how you have damaged the reputation of their brand. It is simply a VERY BAD IDEA TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS. If the items are not here tomorrow by 17.00 that is already absurdly long time, then you are welcome to talk to my lawyer about the issue. I demand full refund.
