The lamp is smaller than described. It weighs 1.9 kg instead of 3 kg. However, it is a nice lamp with beautiful light.

The order was shipped quickly and the items are exactly as desired. The package was carefully wrapped.

The lamp itself looks fine. But the light source is broken. It's been over two weeks now and still no solution. I received one response saying that I should try to screw the cord in further. I immediately replied that this is not the problem. After that, I haven't heard anything more. In the meantime, I purchased another light source myself. Poor service.

Three months ago, I ordered the nice salt lamp. After our move, I wanted to use it. However, it turned out that I needed an LED bulb and a plug adapter. I ordered these afterwards. After receiving them, I installed the bulb in the fixture and attached the plug adapter. When I plugged the lamp into the socket, there was a short circuit and it smelled burnt. The products are now broken. I emailed about this and was asked for a photo. I promptly sent it. Two weeks later, I still haven't received a solution. I'm really frustrated. What terrible service!
