The products look beautiful. The Himalayan salt lamp gives off nice light. Unfortunately, the night light is too bright (it gives off more light than the large salt lamp). Unfortunately, the lamps are no longer in use. If the room is even slightly damp, the lamps leak! This salt seeps into the items that are under the lamp. For example, your new changing table. Unfortunately, the salt has completely absorbed into it, and visible damage is present. Returning it costs a lot of money (due to the weight of the lamp), and after contacting customer service, the return label is not reimbursed because it is not related to damage to the lamp. So be cautious about this when making a purchase!

Very poor information about how fragile the product is and bad communication. It takes a week for responses, and when they do respond, they come up with a ridiculous solution. I've been ordering here for years, but I won't do it again after this last incident. The consumer always ends up being the victim and loses their money.

You choose a luxury gift wrapping for €2.95. It was very disappointing. I contacted customer service, and they said they would refund the money. Unfortunately, they say one thing but do another. 1) the luxury gift wrapping 2) the refund. If you offer something, you should also deliver on it.

Fantastic purchase for the birth of our daughter! Without disturbing your baby or partner, you still have enough light to take care of things.
