I wanted to exchange something, but it was a drama. I was not helped in a customer-friendly manner, which is why I will never buy anything from this website again. The sizing was not well described in the product description, so because the size was incorrect (way too big), I wanted to EXCHANGE it for a smaller size, but they made it so difficult (because I no longer had the original plastic bag since the maternity nurse accidentally threw it away). I paid €7.25 to return my package and received an email from the owner with a payment request for the shipping costs + administrative fees (???) and the notification that she would send it back (at my expense, of course). Really quite remarkable. @webwinkelkeur, if I were you, I would keep a stricter watch on the online shops to which you grant your quality mark. The return policies they adhere to are completely off. So consumers: you are in your rights! Check Google for online consumer rights!
