Fast delivery and excellent service received after I asked a question. I bought the Pura bottles and I am very satisfied with this product. Perfect for my baby and toddler to drink from. Baby Natura had the best price. The option for shipping via Kiala or DHL (lower costs than Post NL) would be nice.

We ordered a baby wrap and received an email the next day asking if we wanted to pay the shipping costs. There was an error on their site, and she didn't know why it hadn't been charged to us. After I, as a customer, mentioned that I had based my decision on that price and therefore did not want to pay the shipping costs afterward, which would make my product more expensive, I did receive my money back, but I still find it a shame and very unfriendly towards customers. I will never buy anything here again.
