My product, the moon lamp, arrived damaged. I had to send additional photos, but I haven't been able to get in touch for over a week now after sending repeated reminders. It's incredibly frustrating! I am still waiting for a solution.

I ordered a salt lamp and a dream catcher during a busy period, but despite that, they were delivered very quickly and neatly. The dream catcher was out of stock, but I received a prompt notification as soon as it was available again, which was very nice! Everything was beautifully and carefully packaged. Overall, it was a very pleasant and positive experience, and I will definitely order from here more often!
