I have ordered something here four times now. The first time I was very happy. I received a beautiful round Himalayan salt lamp for the nursery. A lovely color, good material. The next two times I ordered the same lamps, they looked different; smaller and much lighter in color, and it even seemed like a different type of Himalayan salt. In my third order, I explicitly mentioned that I wanted a dark orange color. Unfortunately, I did not receive that. I also ordered two white salt lamps, of which I wanted to return one, just like the last round one.

Very poor customer service!! I was satisfied with the products from my previous order. However, with this order, I received a salt lamp that was half brown and discolored and did not light up when I turned it on. I assumed it was a mistake, but Anouk's response (from Baby Natura) was that it is 'a natural product.' It was my own problem that I didn't find it beautiful. I could return it, but the return costs (€8.25) were entirely at my expense! After all, I had already 'been lucky' last time that the products were good and I had free shipping (I had ordered a lot of items for a lot of money!)!
