Unfortunately, I received the wrong product delivered on a Thursday. I then reached out via Instagram. I kept getting no concrete response. On Tuesday, after asking five times, I indicated whether I could just return the entire order. And then I suddenly got a response. "We are not bol.com" and "I have a family too," was the reply I received. Of course, I understand that, but can't you just give an answer? Or at least get back to me? Then she posts on her Instagram Stories about this example and how hard it is for her. The way I was treated is really not nice and far from professional. In the end, I was able to return the incorrectly delivered product to someone in my village, and a refund will follow within 14 days... 14 days! Haha. Definitely one less customer, and I really won't recommend you!
