    Very bad experience, bought a necklace and it broke within a week. I emailed about this and received an immediate response that they wanted to help with a clasp and wire. I agreed to this and then never heard anything again. After 3 emails, I am completely done with it. I find this very sad, a disappointed daughter and an unpleasant experience. We will definitely never buy anything here again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
