Review: Poor rating. I paid €2.95 for the hats to be wrapped. One hat turned out to be too small; returning it is possible, but it costs €7.95 for return shipping. Meanwhile, the hat costs €10.95. This was noted in small print somewhere. My email has not been answered. It's very disappointing, as having a premature baby is already difficult. I would like to exchange the hat for a larger size, but I'm afraid that won't work either. I sent an email and have not received a response yet. However, the delivery was prompt.
