    Exactly what our son (with ASD and ADHD) needed to satisfy his chewing needs; he was very selective, especially regarding shape. His chewing necklace had to have a spherical shape on one side (like his spherical pacifier that he just wouldn't let go of, but needed a different one each week because he chewed on it until it was broken). The magic wand is the only chewing necklace we found that meets his expectations and can effectively calm him down. The only unfortunate thing is that the first signs of chewing wear appear quite quickly (he prefers the medium or soft, but we no longer buy the latter because it shows chewing marks almost immediately, given the intensity of his chewing needs), and he finds the strongest model too hard (not like his former pacifier) and therefore refuses it. However, we are very happy that he accepts the medium version and that it effectively helps him.
