    Questions were answered very quickly and the product was delivered promptly. I am very satisfied with this. Unfortunately, I am less satisfied with the product itself. I personally find it not soft, but hard and it feels cold. Additionally, you have to apply a lot of pressure to feel the product vibrate (or is this actually the intention?). My son becomes restless because he has to find so many ways to make the product vibrate (he doesn't use it to sit on, but to hold against himself when he feels tense).
