In April 2016, I purchased a Ulefone Power, which started showing problems in early 2017 due to a 'swollen' battery (the back cover began to come loose). Excellent communication (which was also the case during the purchase), and as promised, the issue was fully resolved: my device was replaced with a completely new one.
