Returns are possible strictly by consumer protection law. return costs are still for the customer, despite the product being faulty also had other complaint, which were my own fault (parts didnt fit, despite it being shown as a part for the specific car, but i didnt measure this when ordering. There is a imprint on the part with the name of the company which is not appreciated)

On the website it is clearly stated ''Please check before purchase if the exhaust trim with the above dimensions fits your car!''. Sir called us and immediately blamed us for delivering the wrong product because it doesn't fit his car. We asked the gentleman if he measured the original exhaust, because we just delivered a product he ordered. According to the pictures and product description, no more and no less. Sir says no but my car is listed so you guys delivered the wrong product. Then we say no, your car is listed but it also says it fits these cars with the dimensions indicated. It lists over 30 car models and we can't smell if your car still has an original exhaust or if modifications have been made or maybe different exhaust tips have been installed. Surely you have to check this yourself and that's why it says at the beginning that you have to measure yourself first. This is also not about those few euros for return shipping but more about prencibe. We have further clearly stated that he can return the product and get a full refund of the order amount. Legally, you are entitled to this. So we have lost the shipping costs (because sir did not take the effort to check if the product fits his car) and in this case because it is not our fault, the return costs are for our own account. But no sir also wants us to pay the return costs and starts threatening us with negative feedback and lawyer and klarna etc.. If the dimensions were good there was nothing wrong but now he also comes with comments like the quality is not good and that the product is bad but is completely incorrect. More than 150 of these exhaust tips have already been sold and we continue to have them made and we also give a lifetime warranty on this product. He is talking about the inside of the trim piece, which will not be visible after installation. People in the know are aware that there is nothing wrong with it. There are screw connections welded to these trims afterwards, so the inside will be finished as in the picture, but the chrome will not peel off as he says because the inside is not chrome. He sees this too, but still posts comments like this and acts like he is a victim. He is now also trying via klarna to push his fault to our side with these types of stories that are not true, but he will not achieve anything. That there is unrequested advertising on the product? Our pictures clearly show this laser logo because we have these exhaust tips specially made and give a lifetime warranty on them. The logo is also not visible after installation and other exhaust systems that we also have custom made also have this logo because this is our brand. In other words I buy an X brand that is patented and the product has a lifetime warranty. On the product this is engraved with a laser logo and this is clearly visible in the picture, but you are going to complain about this now that this was done unasked? What are you talking about seriously?
