I miss a return label free of charge. Most others offer that.

Dear Mr. Kampshoff, Thank you for your review! Are you referring to free returns? We do not offer that, and it is a conscious choice. We want to keep our products as affordable as possible and also have low, non-covering shipping costs. If we were to offer free returns, we would have to raise our prices, because ultimately nothing is truly free. And we do not want that; therefore, we choose to maintain low prices and low shipping costs. I hope you understand this. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to ask! Kind regards, Jan Tanja Sportzone

Delivery was on time, size is good, but the colors differ from what is shown on the site.

Dear Ron, Okay, that's unfortunate, my apologies! We held both Donnay shorts up to our screen, and the Deep Aqua is indeed slightly different. The Apple is correct on our end. However, this can vary from screen to screen, of course. With solid colors, it can sometimes be very difficult to capture the exact color on camera. We will re-photograph the Deep Aqua to see if we can get closer to the correct color. We want to thank you for your feedback and will reach out to you to find a suitable solution. Apologies for the inconvenience! Best regards, Jan Tanja Sportzone
