Dear Rudi, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you find the shipping costs too expensive! We would like to explain why we charge €7.95 for packages to Belgium. We work with PostNL as our carrier and Myparcel as our shipping partner. This is very convenient for the Netherlands, as PostNL also ships letterbox packages. These are track & trace packages that fit through the letterbox, with relatively low costs: €3.95. Since almost all of our products fit through the letterbox, we can keep the shipping costs very low. As a result, the Dutch customer pays only €2.95. However, it is not possible to send letterbox packages to Belgium. Only 'regular' packages can be sent to Belgium, with corresponding rates. This makes shipping to Belgium significantly more expensive; it costs us between €9 and €10, depending on the quantity. Therefore, we charge €7.95. We cannot lower this, as our products have a low margin (we want to keep our prices as competitive as possible). Nevertheless, we review the shipping costs critically every few months. If there is any way to lower them, we will adjust the costs accordingly. At this moment, €7.95 for Belgium is the lowest price we can offer.
