Nice swim shorts, good service, fast delivery. The drawstring is too short and has already disappeared into the lining twice within a week, which is very annoying.

Dear Mr. van Ruiten, Yes, that is certainly very unfortunate, I understand. Would you mind if I check how long the drawstring is on the swim trunks we still have in stock of the type you purchased? We want to provide you with a swimsuit that meets your requirements, so we will look for a pair with a longer drawstring. We will then send you a new one. We would love to hear what you think of this solution. Kind regards, Jan

Fast delivery. It arrived neatly at home the next day. I wasn't home at the time of delivery, but it was put through the mailbox. I did have a small order (1 swimsuit), so if you're not home, it will probably come through the mailbox. No bad experience with that!
