One of the swim trunks we ordered turned out to have a broken cord. After emailing, we were informed that we didn't need to return the shorts, and if we wanted, a new one would be sent to us immediately. They also apologized again for the inconvenience, so it was resolved perfectly! A negative start, but it was resolved so well that we are still very satisfied!
