Good service and contact, but it's a pity that the return costs were at my own expense even though it was an exchange. That makes the water shoes quite a bit more expensive.

Dear Carolien, Thank you for your positive feedback; we really appreciate it! Regarding the return costs, we have chosen to offer our products at the most affordable prices possible. With low shipping costs (€2.95, while the actual costs are much higher) and a low minimum amount for free shipping (€30), this ensures that our customers almost always receive their items for free or pay very little for shipping. Additionally, our most expensive item is €29.95, and we operate with minimal margins. If we were to make return costs free, we would have to raise our prices structurally (because ultimately, nothing is free) and we do not want to do that. Moreover, it is possible for a webshop that sells more expensive items (for example, items between €25 and €100) to offer this service simply because there is much more margin from which it can be covered. We hope that this explanation gives you a better understanding and clarifies why we operate the way we do. We look forward to serving you again and hope you enjoy your water shoes! Best regards, Jan Tanja Sportzone
