Response by Goedkopezwembroeken.nl
Dear Wiel, We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive what you were looking for. We were a bit taken aback by your response. You viewed and purchased your swim trunks on the comparison site Beslist.nl, where our products are also sold. There, the product information is initially brief, but if you 'click through,' you will find much more detailed product info. If I understand you correctly, you filtered for the type 'swim shorts' and the swim boxers you purchased appeared in the search results? Then something is not right with Beslist.nl, because that is certainly not correct. We make a great effort to describe all swimwear accurately and provide a lot of information, and we have a category for each type of swimwear on our own site. This way, nothing can go wrong, and you always know exactly what you are getting. It is very unfortunate and disappointing for both you and us that they do not translate that information correctly on their site. We will certainly reach out to them about this, as we understand your frustration. Moreover, it is of course frustrating for us to receive a poor rating for something we have no control over, so for that reason as well, we will address this with them. Lastly, we would like to mention the following. We are a one-man business that prioritizes service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we always want to know, so it is good that you have indicated this. We want to do everything we can to make you happy again. Therefore, we would like to hear exactly what you are looking for and what your specific wishes are, so that we can assist you as best as possible and come up with a suitable solution. We apologize for the inconvenience caused! Kind regards, Jan Tanja Goedkopezwembroeken.nl

I ordered sandals, and they were personally delivered the next day! (We live nearby). Unfortunately, the soles came loose after a few weeks. After sending an email, beautiful new sandals were delivered to our door without any issues. Fast, friendly, great price, good warranty, TOP!
