A super good experience. I ordered water sandals on Monday afternoon. I immediately received a message that the order was being processed and shortly thereafter that it had been shipped with a tracking number. The next day, the sandals were delivered. Very thoughtful, there was a postcard in the box with a handwritten note: "Dear Lenie, Here are the lovely sandals; good luck with them and here's to a beautiful summer! Kind regards, Jan Tanja." To my great regret, the sandals did not fit. I called Jan to explain. I returned the box. The next day, I received an email stating that the sandals had been received in good order and that the purchase amount had already been refunded. It's unbelievable that such an internet company exists.
