Dear Zwaan, Thank you for your review! I’m sorry to have disappointed you. Especially in these already difficult times, that feels even worse. I have clearly stated on the site how returns work and the associated costs. The shipping costs paid at the time of ordering will, of course, be reimbursed. However, you had free shipping at that time, so those costs were not incurred. I would love to offer free returns and have really thought about it, but it would mean that I would have to raise the prices. Because in the end, nothing is truly free. That seems to be forgotten sometimes. It’s no coincidence that large webshops are considering dropping the 'free returns' policy. The best example of this is Zalando. They have not made a profit for years because they offer free returns. If I were to offer free returns at these prices, I would have no right to exist. I hope that after this explanation, you have a bit more understanding. Once again, my apologies! Kind regards, Jan Tanja

It would be better not to calculate return costs.

Dear Peter, Thank you for your review! I’m sorry to have disappointed you. I would love to offer free returns, but that would mean I would have to raise the prices. After all, nothing is truly free. If I were to offer free returns at these prices, I wouldn't be able to sustain my business. I have made the choice to keep prices as low as possible while providing good quality and a personal approach. I hope that after this explanation, you have a bit more understanding. Once again, my apologies! Kind regards, Jan Tanja
