Real people on the line, short communication channels, and no hassle when returning something due to sizing issues. By the way, the return does not apply to the swim trunks; I have since improved my personal record to my full satisfaction.
Very satisfied, quick receipt of ordered goods.
Absolutely perfect.
The size is correct, and there was a nice personal handwritten note inside. Thank you, guys!
Beautiful swim trunks, delivered quickly and with a personal touch!
