Hi Michal and thanks for your feedback. We pitty that the wait was long, you are right about that but never the less we did communicate that at the time of your order, the item was not availble at our supplier. I understand why you gave a bad rating on the delivery time but i.m.h.o. it is not fair giving us this bad rating. There is not much we can do when a item seems to be out of stock at our supplier and you wanted to wait for the barrel. Once it was available again we had it in stock in 2 days and was shipped to you the same day. Again sorry for the long wait, but then again, it was out of our hands to speed up the process.

order arrived 1-2 months to late mostly due to some post office fault but also was delayed because the store missed one thing and I was promised a surprise.. it was a single lollipop.. not my cup of tea if you offer any compensation for a delayed package. Apparently something got missed and the real surprise is on its way, but still some issues but in general good guys i would recommend.

Hi David, Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunatly there is nothing we can do if the shipping companies involved loose the package. We just need to wait till the shipping company we handed over your package, finished their investigation. The lollipop is somnething we put in the package with every order so this was not our way to give you a compensation for the delayed package. I also see in your review that you reviewed us with one star on shipment but i.m.h.o. i think it is not fair since we shipped the package within the days stated at the product, and there is not much we can do to speed up the delivery since it is out of our hands. Since we did offer you a compensation with reshipping your order, we are going to send it to you anyway. A promise is a promise and we obviously forgot to put it in the package. (We are humans to) :) If you have any further questions, do get in touch with us!

Amazing service. Ordered from them and the following day the item arrived. That’s overnight from the Netherlands to the uk. Most uk shops can’t even do that Will use again
