Difficult to figure out how a sample set works through a YouTube video. A big hurdle to get started with it. So haven't tried it yet.

Dear Marian, What a shame to hear that you find it difficult to get started with the sample set. We understand that it can be quite a hurdle if you don't know where to begin. The sample set comes with an instruction manual that explains step by step how to use the colors and apply the foundation. The YouTube videos are intended as extra support, so you can also see how Coverderm works in practice. But of course, you don't have to figure it out alone. If you have any questions or would like some help trying it out, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you on your way! Best regards, Jeannette Kershof VitiligoShop

Dear Carla, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the price of a trial kit may seem high in relation to its contents. The trial kits are specially assembled by VitiligoShop for our customers. The supplier no longer offers these trial kits as a complete set. To still give customers the opportunity to try the product first, we assemble the kits ourselves and process and package them separately. Therefore, it is not a standard product that we purchase directly as a complete kit, but an extra service we offer to make it possible to try the product. Unfortunately, there are additional costs associated with assembling and processing them ourselves. We hope this provides more insight into the pricing structure. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Best regards, Jeannette Kershof VitiligoShop

Dear Nicky, What a shame that your first experience with VitiligoShop has gone this way. We understand very well that you are disappointed, especially since you were really looking forward to your order. The delay in delivery occurred during shipping from our supplier. That does not change the fact that you ultimately had to wait far too long for your order. Unfortunately, it also turned out upon receipt that a number of products did not meet our quality standards. We certainly find that unacceptable. We have since contacted our supplier about this. We have also decided to keep a number of Microskin products in stock ourselves and check them before shipping, so that we can better monitor the quality. We have already refunded the full purchase amount to you. You may also keep the received products. Additionally, we have offered to send you usable products from our own stock free of charge, where possible. We are very sorry that this has been your first experience with VitiligoShop. We hope that with this solution we have still shown that we take your complaint seriously and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Kind regards, Jeannette Kershof VitiligoShop
