It is not waterproof at all and wears off very quickly.

Thank you for your message. It's unfortunate that you are not satisfied with the Coverderm sample set. This camouflage makeup is waterproof, which means it stays in place well under normal use. You can be in the water for a short time, and it also holds up well when sweating. When drying off, it's important to gently pat yourself dry instead of rubbing vigorously, as this can cause the camouflage cream to become blotchy. If this doesn't help, there are a few options to make the camouflage cream adhere better. You can use Skin Basics underneath the camouflage to help the cream adhere better. Additionally, you can apply Finishing Powder over the camouflage cream for better fixation. If you would like to try this, please send us a message, and we can send you a sample of it.

It's great to be able to order samples. It's still a shame to walk into a store to ask for advice. Now you can check at home which color suits you. Superrrr!

Thank you for your message. We received your package returned twice because PostNL could not find your address, likely due to the addition to the house number. Fortunately, you still received the package, as we arranged to send it to a pickup point in consultation with you. Unfortunately, we have no influence over PostNL's delivery, and sometimes things can go wrong on their end as well. It is very unfortunate that you had to wait a week for your order because of this. We hope that it goes more smoothly in the future. Best regards, Jeannette Kershof VitiligoShop
