I ve been called twice in the day I received the package and because I couldn't answer no one called me after. If I hadn't called back the next day it would have been possible not get my product. But I did it and the courier fixed my problem.
I d like to see more preoccupation in solving customers problems apart of courier while I paid a lot of money for that delivery.
