Dear Ron, Thank you for your review of our webshop. You mentioned that you find the webshop more expensive than competitors. Of course, I don't know which competitors you are referring to. There are hardly any other webshops that offer products specifically for vitiligo patients and people with other skin issues like eczema and psoriasis. We are a small-scale webshop, and I try to provide everyone with a little extra service. If you have a question, you can always call, email, or message me, and I will take all the time needed to provide information or find a solution to your problem. I may not be commercial enough in this regard, but it gives me great satisfaction to bring some happiness and joy to people dealing with their skin issues. I believe that is more important than simply being the cheapest option. This can be quite challenging when you are a small shop; large corporations that sell a lot of products are always cheaper, just like the supermarket is cheaper than the local bakery. Of course, I keep a close eye on our pricing, especially in these times, to ensure we don't become too expensive. However, with the rising costs of shipping, purchasing, and storage, this can sometimes be quite difficult. Feedback like this keeps us sharp, and it's nice to know what our customers are thinking. Best regards, Jeannette Kershof VitiligoShop
