Good morning, Thank you for your review of our web shop. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your product and that you did not contact us about this. I am confident that, like other customers who have ordered the Trial Kit, you can become satisfied with the coverage and effectiveness of the Coverderm products. Here are some general tips for using the Coverderm Trial Kit: If you are not satisfied with the coverage, you might want to try the following options: First, apply the Skin Protector (there is a sachet included in the Trial Kit), then the color. This improves adhesion and protects the skin. If this does not yield sufficient results, you can also apply multiple layers of foundation. Here’s how: First, apply the foundation in your skin tone, then the Finishing Powder (there is a sachet in the Trial Kit), and then another layer of color. You can also try different colors. You can choose the first color to be slightly darker or lighter than your skin tone, and then apply the second layer in your skin tone. Optionally, after the last layer, you can use the Finishing Powder again for even better adhesion. If this still does not achieve the desired result, please contact us. We can then look further into what we can do to satisfy you. Best regards, Jeannette Kershof
