I'm disappointed with the delivery service. I placed an order for a down jacket and even opted for paid delivery. However, despite this, my item has been with the courier for three days now. I am ready and willing to pick it up from a pickup point, yet this has proven impossible as the tracking status continually shows that the jacket is still with the courier. The inefficiency of the delivery system, especially with the extra cost I paid, is wholly frustrating.
