Het verzenden was heel snel! Alleen op internet stond wel netjes bij vermeld dat als je een jas besteld een maat groter moet bestellen, ik heb maat L dus had maat XL besteld maar zelfs die was jammer genoeg te klein. Want ik wel jammer vind is dat ik de kosten van het retourneren zelf moest betalen. Want ik kan der niet echt iets aan doen dat het niet past…..

I'm disappointed with the delivery service. I placed an order for a down jacket and even opted for paid delivery. However, despite this, my item has been with the courier for three days now. I am ready and willing to pick it up from a pickup point, yet this has proven impossible as the tracking status continually shows that the jacket is still with the courier. The inefficiency of the delivery system, especially with the extra cost I paid, is wholly frustrating. I am hoping for a swift resolution and much-needed improvements to this service Moreover, it is impossible to send messages to the mailbox specified in your customer service email. Could you please verify and provide an alternate email address where I can forward the updates?
