I ordered a replacement keyboard for my Toshiba laptop from Q24U, AZERTY, Belgian (https://www.q24u.nl/toshiba-laptop-toetsenbord-be-9z-n7usv-001.html). Instead of the ordered one, I received an AZERTY, French keyboard without my request (Q24U claims it was sent by their supplier without asking). Note that many special characters are located in different places. Also, AZERTY FR is not available for order in their web shop. Q24U's nonchalant response was to adjust my keyboard settings. I returned it, but even after repeated requests, I have to bear the return shipping costs myself. They only refunded the cost of the keyboard, even though they clearly made a mistake. Note that the invoice from PostNL for the return costs was included! Furthermore, they say that AZERTY BE is no longer available, but it is still listed as available in the web shop!!! ???? This is the last time I order anything from them!!!

Very satisfied, good service. They do what they say.

The keyboard for my old Medion laptop, which I couldn't find anywhere else, was delivered by Q24U within one working day, neatly packaged by post. The good service was made possible by the extensive stock of 1,800 keyboards at Q24U!!
