I ordered a keyboard for the HP Probook 4720s. Everything seemed fine, but during installation, I found that the mounting pins were flattened and one was broken (the one that is secured with a screw).

Delivered within 24 hours, well packaged, and the right product. You can't say that about all spare part suppliers. Great job!

Good webshop experience

The keyboard I ordered was poorly packaged (there was a wooden backing board behind it, but the keyboard protruded above it), and as a result, it was damaged. After reaching out (which was handled quickly and nicely), the advice was to 'just bend it back, you won't notice anything.' I wasn't very keen on that, since I had paid 60 euros for a new laptop keyboard, but after returning it, I received the same keyboard back (but now straightened) because there was 'nothing in stock.' A bit shocking considering the industry of this company.

The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the product looks great and works perfectly!
