After an incorrect photo regarding the part, they helped me out very well. Especially with the missing part in the photo, which they sent later. Then it turned out that the laptop's keyboard wasn't working. I filled out a warranty form. After some email exchanges and phone calls, I eventually received another keyboard. This one works perfectly, and I am very satisfied. Despite the fact that there was quite some time in between.

Surprisingly good. Highly recommended! We ordered a new screen at Q24U for our broken one. Initially, I ordered the wrong one myself, but then the helpdesk was very helpful in guiding me to the correct type. In particular, the service from Q24U and the helpdesk staff (available at all times of the day and on weekends) was excellent!
