Fast delivery, and the quality was exactly as we expected. No comments. Great!

Partially incorrect product delivered. Communication was unprofessional and attempted to shift the problem onto the customer. The replacement product was ultimately received in good order. Update: Response from the shop in a private message: "Our customer service is professional and can explain to you exactly how to proceed with a defective or incorrectly delivered product; everything is also clearly described on our website. When exchanging a product, it is acceptable for this to take a few days. You can also always return or exchange the product at our store." The first sentence, arrogant and unfriendly towards the customer, is a clear indication of how customers are treated here. The mentality of 'everything is fine on our end, your opinion as a customer doesn't matter' is evident. The almost literal response to the (partially) incorrectly delivered product was: "Can't you just use the old part again?" - as a solution for a wrongly delivered product. Additionally, it took about a week to send the replacement part.

Good support and customer service. Honest and they always look for a solution. For every device, they go that extra step.

Great delivery. Questions are answered quickly.

Keyboard ordered for a Sony laptop, which had a longer delivery time at most other stores. At Q24U, it was in stock. Ordered on Friday and received it on Wednesday. Satisfied with the order.
