I placed an order with you on November 20 for a gift for someone. The next day, I received a nice email stating that the product had been shipped and that I would receive a tracking number. I have not received this tracking number, and after contacting DHL, I was informed that nothing has been shipped (yet). Unfortunately, you are not reachable by phone and/or email.

The keyboard is good. The assembly was difficult because it is an imitation. This is not noticeable after assembly, but all in all, it was not exactly a piece of cake.
