Very bad experience. After having contacted them by phone to ask which OBDII reader I needed for my car, I was advised to buy a Ford F-super. I ordered it and received it. However, it turned out that the reader was not suitable for my car at all. I contacted the web shop by phone. I was told that I could return the meter at my own expense. They did not want to reimburse the return costs. It was not their problem that the reader did not work on my car. It is very poor that a company delivers the wrong product and then does not want to bear the costs to rectify the situation. So, no more orders for me at Q24U. Very poor service. Response to Q24U's reply: As mentioned, returning it to the sender is not possible because the package was opened. PostNL does not accept this. Moreover, the risk of whether the package would arrive this way would be entirely on me. I would rather choose the proper way instead of burdening another party with the mistakes of a web shop.

Good, fast, and accurate. However, I did miss a user manual in the packaging.

I paid €60 for 2 cables (€5 each) on Amazon or something similar. And €50 for a burned CD that is just bad and unusable.
