Very quick response to emails and accurate assistance. I have asked this store several times via email to order something for me instead of ordering it myself online (I couldn't find it quickly myself), and it was done nicely. I also had a problem with an ordered product once, which was resolved very quickly. Very good.
The screen (digitizer) of my tablet has been replaced, but the quality is poor. There are dots and lines on the screen. I contacted them and now I have to incur costs again to send it back, and they will only check if they will do anything about it. The service has been lacking so far.

I ordered a product, unfortunately the wrong one, my own fault. I had a phone consultation and ordered a different type. I returned the first one, received my money back after a few days, and the new one was delivered. Great service!

My order was delivered incorrectly with the "product," but a phone call and it was resolved immediately. Before they had received the incorrect product back, the correct product was sent right away. Great action!!
